Nodegrid Ethernet Expansion Cards allow the end user to add networking device connectivity to the Services Router. Access, control, and manage network devices through Nodegrid Services Router via the Nodegrid OS using the built-in GUI interface or standard CLI. The Ethernet Expansion Cards have an onboard networking switch for non-blocking and faster data transfer.
Ethernet Expansion Cards allow for the access, control, and management of network devices such as:
- Power Distribution Units
- Service Processors
- IPMI Management Devices
- UPS Units
- Network Storage Devices
- and more…
The 16-Port Ethernet Expansion Card for the Nodegrid Services Router allows you to connect networking devices such as PDU’s, Service Processors, IPMI Management, UPS and Storage devices via copper connection for up to 1GbE speeds.
The 8-Port Ethernet SFP+ Expansion Card for the Nodegrid Services Router allows you to connect networking devices such as PDU’s, Service Processors, IPMI Management, UPS and Storage devices via fiber connection for full 10GbE data transfer speed. SFP+ Fiber Connectivity also allows for coverage over longer distances than that of standard copper connections.
The 8-Port Ethernet PoE+ Expansion Card for the Nodegrid Services Router allows for ethernet connectivity and power delivery from the Nodegrid Services Router.
Connect IEEE 802.3af (PoE) and IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) devices such as access points, surveillance cameras, VOIP lines and much more. Run management applications on the NSR or in a VM/Docker Container to manage your solution from a single, secure point of management.
