Position Information

Type: Full-time
Location: Fremont, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend hardware and software solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Resolve network issues
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Replace or repair network gears and other hardware.
  • Manage multiple cases at a time
  • Manage firewalls, anti-virus, order computers and IT related devices
  • Maintain corporate network and infrastructure equipment and installation
  • Monitor networking to detect, alert and prevent threats
  • Segregate network for traffic and usage (QoS)
  • Other IT / networking related tasks
Developing programmer team reading computer codes Development Website design and coding technologies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous
  • Prior experience in IT / Network administration, at least 3 years
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
  • Knowledge in Networking, Routing protocols, Virtual Machine
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge and experience in computer and serial cabling, WLAN, Antivirus, Access Points/WiFi, Email, Video Conferencing, and server support (Software and Hardware)
