About the Position

As a Global Key Account Director/Executive, you will serve as the senior customer facing executive to our largest accounts. You will leverage existing relationships with decision makers, power sponsors and executives, developing new alliances with business unit leaders. You will be able to understand their unique company challenges and how our solutions can help them. You will do this via a deep industry understanding and by communicating our business value while driving customer satisfaction. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring that billions of people have dependable access to the digital world.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the detailed account strategy for our largest customer(s)

  • Manage complex global account(s) with multiple and varying functional groups

  • Build and deepen executive relationships to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions. Be a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and connecting customer needs with our compelling value

  • Lead and manage the entire sales process from identifying projects through delivery to accurately forecasting demand

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years of experience in quota carrying technology sales and strategic account management

  • Experience engaging with large accounts in selling network infrastructure solutions

  • Knowledge of how to work with network engineers, architects, operations and procurement

  • Track record of success with large complex networking teams

  • Industry knowledge specific to the accounts being covered

  • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level
