ZPE Systems is looking for a talented VP of Sales (North America) to continue scaling the organization. The VP of Sales should be someone energetic, motivated, and hungry to succeed. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapidly-changing technical environment and able to manage a dynamic team. The VP of Sales must be driven, supporting existing customers as well as growing new customers of ZPE products and services.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a culture of success and goal achievement
  • Establish sales targets to meet company objectives
  • Define sales processes and procedures and identify improvements
  • Lead and manage the North American Sales function and staff
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Conduct business meetings with customers and prospects either in person or via phone
  • Retain a thorough understanding of the the market space and technology solutions provided
  • Be informed of market developments and trends in the space
  • Attracting, hiring, onboarding and retaining top sales talent


  • Ability to develop and lead a high performing sales team
  • Be highly professional and engaging
  • Define sales forecasting and business development best practices
  • Have the ability to drive and close new business
  • Confident presenting to wide varieties of audiences
  • Results-oriented self-starter
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent C-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be well versed and knowledgeable of CRM platforms
  • Experience managing and building a team of successful sales professionals
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills required
  • Willing to travel as needed
